I&#...I think Ike Davis deserves to be on this list. I'm sure most fans would take him over Howard in a heartbeat.

Niese/Harvey also are on the cusps of making the list.

Also noticed a few more players who don't deserve the list. Mike Moustakas? What has he done to be on the list? Jon Lester? Kid had a 4.82 ERA. Major doubts going into next season should not be ranked that high.

Seems like this list prefers one year wonders and high profile names.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15546598627398256141noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4595768493145117656.post-36270388738646918022013-02-28T14:19:24.640-05:002013-02-28T14:19:24.640-05:00Dont you mean more Blue Jays?Dont you mean more Blue Jays?Jeffhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01582536141442685095noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4595768493145117656.post-63452414309372590122013-02-28T14:19:07.219-05:002013-02-28T14:19:07.219-05:00Could not agree more Derway, Jeter is the official...Could not agree more Derway, Jeter is the official poster boy for people who hate stats though so you know MLBN was going to feature him for his various degrees of leadership, grit, class and poor defense which still earns gold gloves.Jeffhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01582536141442685095noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4595768493145117656.post-60739380632676566722013-02-28T13:58:28.811-05:002013-02-28T13:58:28.811-05:00Obviously more Mets should have been on this list,...Obviously more Mets should have been on this list, we should have had at least 5 of the top 10Yonkershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09721340945449385086noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4595768493145117656.post-88818765257791771702013-02-28T02:23:49.716-05:002013-02-28T02:23:49.716-05:00Lists like these are totally subjective, so ill on...Lists like these are totally subjective, so ill only point out the ones i think are egrigious.

Sabathia is a bit too high. I wouldn't put him at SP#5.

Jay Bruce at 36? Way too high. Didn't even deserve the AS appearance last year.
Same argument can be said for Kinsler at 40.

Jered Weaver is way too low. I'd take him over Hamels and Lee for next year. Same thing for Matt Cain.

Of course Dickey is obviously too low. No reason he shouldn't be top 10 for next year. Especially after they put Trout #1(which i wouldn't have considering he has only done it 1 year)

Jeter at 53 is a joke. Coming off ankle surgery and old. Very poor defender too.

Pretty much anyone could have beef with all the rankings past 50. I can see a lot of Philly bias in this list. Ruiz is missing 25 games to start the year. That should knock him out of the top 100. Utley at 96? This guy can't stay on the field. Howard is also not a top 100 player for the reasons you listed.

I prefer seperate lists for each position rather than a list for all players. Comparing positions is like comparing apples and oranges. Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15546598627398256141noreply@blogger.com
