Met weight loss.

Deadspin did a study of MLB players with the top weight fluctuations in the off season, two Mets made the list. R.A. Dickey (what list of accomplishments isn't he on?) who lost ten pounds climbing Mt. Kilimnajaro and Jon Niese who also lost ten pounds, which he attributed to his nose job (seriously, he did). You can read the full article here.

The biggest weight gain? Joe Mauer (my #1 fantasy pick last year) up 30 pounds.

  1. There are a lot of slimming pills available in the market that promises too much. Some are even misleading. My sister is getting addicted to plastic surgery. She just recently had rhinoplasty New York, and now she wants to have liposuction. I hope she stops after it.

  2. He sure did lost a lot of pounds there! I wish I have the courage to climb mountains too and other outdoor activities to burn my unwanted fats. But since I'm so weak, I just opted for a Los Angeles plastic surgery to have a more shapely body.
